30 Day Return Policy

We have a 30 day return policy, so on all orders you may return them within 30 days of receiving the order. To be eligible, the item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging unless stated otherwise. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This return policy is not valid for digital products such as eBooks or courses.

Return Process

To initiate the return process, contact us at support@innovativeinsights.co and if your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label, plus how and where to send the package. Orders sent back to us without rst asking for a return will not be accepted.

Damaged and Wrong Products or Issues

You must inspect the order as soon as you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if the order is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. Then, we will research this issue further to try to correct it. To initiate the return process, contact our email support@innovativeinsights.co Exchanged products may take a while to arrive depending on your location.

Exchanges

We exchange products that are damaged, defective, or where we made a mistake such as we shipped the wrong product. If you need to exchange an item, contact our email support@innovativeinsights.co

Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

Refunds

We will inform you of the status of your refund once we’ve received and reviewed your returned item. If authorised, you will be automatically refunded using the original form of payment, or another form of payment like gift cards if this is agreed upon. Please note that it may take your bank or credit card company some time to complete and post the refund.
