Time for Transit, Handling, and Order Cut off Time

Shipping times are clearly stated during the checkout process, as well as on the product page. Generally, shipping can range between 4 days to 20 days (Monday to Friday). However, this is subject to change at any time if world events happen outside of our control. The order cut off time is generally 12:00 PM (London time). Handling of orders is typically 1-2 days (Monday to Friday). This time can be longer, especially if we are experiencing an unforeseen sudden spike in the amount of orders we are receiving. By purchasing, you agree that you are understand and accept to wait a maximum for the order to process. Although this is not ideal for either the customer or us, we see that competitors sometimes have to delay orders by 14 days or more. We will try our best to not delay orders by more than 14 days if there are unforeseen circumstances. Customers may request to be reimbursed with a special discount for our website if they feel they have been negatively impacted by any delays that are due to us. But, the processing time is typically 1-2 days (Monday to Friday) as stated before, and we do not expect it to exceed that unless something unexpected happens.

Delivery Terms

Your order will be delivered by an external company of our choice, such as USPS, Royal Mail or DHL.

Change of Address

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to change the delivery address once your order is in transit. If a change of delivery destination is required, please contact us by emailing support@innovativeinsights.co within 24 hours of placing your order.

Cancellations

We are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped if you change your mind. If your order has been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel is damaged in transit, reject the parcel and contact our customer service if possible. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please explain to customer support at support@innovativeinsights.co
